The Resolution recommends the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine: prohibit any assignment of assets, privatization of any property belonging to the National Children Specialized Hospital "Okhmadyt"; allocation of extra UAH 11 billion in the current year for the development of the hospital financial base; permit lease actions only in case it is necessary to provide the direct needs of the establishment.
The Government is also obliged to elaborate the state purpose program on development of the National Children Specialized Hospital "Okhmadyt" for the years 2010-2015.
The document also obligates the Kyiv State and City Administration to take measures concerning the provision of the purpose direction of the nursing staff to the hospital.
